Hi, I'm Dylan
As a UX designer, I’m able to leverage my skills and interests to dive into one of my absolute favorite topics: human behavior. Understanding people’s behavior and their intentions propels me to utilize my research skills, passion for audience insights, and pragmatic thought process to help build elevated designs. Experienced and comfortable strategist leading teams larger than 20 people throughout a project life cycle through effective communication, organization, and timeliness.
These skills and interests created a path for me to enter the tech industry as a UX designer, most importantly as a creative – something that I’ve always known myself to be.
My Story
For the last six years, I've worked as a marketing strategist in a high-speed advertising agency in New York & Chicago across four national brands: Covergirl, Verizon, Kohl's, and Starbucks. During my time as a marketing strategist, I built award-winning campaigns, drove team collaboration, optimized workflow processes, and most importantly mentored new-hires.
Every campaign brought its own challenges, increasing my interest in the psychology behind connecting and establishing relationships with the consumers.

However, I knew something was missing...

After a change of scenery, moving to Chicago, I was ready for the next chapter.
My interest in human behavior paired with my desire to create was in need of a new canvas. Upon discovering user experience design, I knew instantly user experience design was the canvas I was looking for.

As an ENFJ personality, I naturally enjoy helping others and sharing what I've learned. My goal as a designer is to make other's lives easier. Design is all around us and since discovering this field it's heightened my awareness of the necessity of strong design.

I hope to bring my skillset and determination to a team aiming to help others through problem solving.
